Mandy Pippin

With a focus on finance, accounting and human resources in college,  Mandy Pippin brings the knowledge needed to run a successful office with fiscal responsibility and efficient personnel. She spent 17 years working for one of the largest shower glass and mirror installation companies in northeast Florida managing operations and organizing schedules and logistics of all incoming glass and materials and sending them out to the field for installation. Mandy’s strength in research and analysis brings a wealth of experience to ensuring the customer gets the highest quality products at the best prices to offer the best value possible.

Ricky Pippin

Ricky began crafting his skills in 2000 right out of school in the shower enclosure and mirror industry. He started out as an installer in the field for a business that was partially owned by his father. That company grew tremendously in the building boom that happened in Northeast Florida through 2006. He was installing hundreds of showers a year. He excelled in his installations with his attention to detail and gained more responsibilities through the business growth in operations, managing fabrication, providing onsite measurements and customer service visits for repairs and maintenance. After the downturn in the construction industry in 2008, business structures changed but Ricky remained in the industry. He went on to manage a privately owned business where he was responsible for running all day to day operations from estimating to final installation. As of 2021, the construction market in Northeast Florida has gone on to go through another boom and Ricky was ready to start a business with his full spectrum of knowledge in the shower enclosure and mirror industry. His ability to listen to the customer, communicate and articulate clearly, and the ability to deliver a high quality product, are the attributes that Ricky prides himself in providing as the foundation of Clearly Custom Glass & Mirror, LLC.

Casey Conner

Graduate from the Rinker School of Building Construction at the University of Florida in 2004 and is a Certified General Contractor with his own business, Epic Contractors, Inc. established in 2009. Casey has worked for several large production builders including The Pulte Group, Del Webb, and Dream Finders Homes as well as some smaller custom high end builders like The Pineapple Corporation and Ashlar Home Builders during his work tenure. His experience brings a builders perspective to the company with focus on the importance of customer service, communication and craftsmanship. He strives to set good expectations with clients as well as ensure his teammates have the tools and support they need to be effective in their execution of a beautiful final product.
